Returns & Refunds

Yum and Paw wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. If you're unhappy with the final product, we're here to help.

Because of the nature of our items, unless your order arrives damaged or defective, we can't accept returns. There are a few important things to keep in mind when purchasing online from Yum and Paw:

  • You have 30 calendar days to contact us from the date you receive your order.
  • As your order is 100% unique and custom made just for you and your pet, we do not accept returns. If you are unhappy with your order, let us know and we'll do our best to fix it for you. We offer previews of the artwork and unlimited revisions prior to printing to make sure you're 100% happy with your artwork before we send it out.
  • While it is rare, mistakes can happen. Please email us at support@yumandpaw.com. Include your order number, email address and name on the original order, as well as a photo of the incorrect or defective item. This will allow us to verify the mistake and issue a replacement item. We do not require you to return the item if it is in fact defective or incorrect.
